• Panel solicitors who handle your claim. We will tell you which solicitor we have referred your claim to.
• Service providers — hosting, analytics, customer-relationship and email providers acting under our instructions.

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).
